I am a clinical psychologist with over 10 years of clinical experience. I earned my Ph.D. at the University of Tennessee (Go Vols!) in 2012, completed predoctoral clinical training at the Lexington, KY VA Medical Center, and completed postdoctoral clinical training at the VA Pacific Islands Healthcare System in Honolulu, HI. Most recently, I have served as the Evidence-Based Psychotherapy Co-Coordinator and staff psychologist at the Charleston, SC VA Medical Center. I have extensive training in several forms of evidence-based psychotherapy, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for a variety of issues, trauma-focused therapy, and couple therapy.

I was born and raised in Raleigh, NC and completed my undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Go Tarheels!). I now live with my family in West Asheville with two elderly cats and one very excitable dog (who you might peep during some of my sessions!). I enjoy crocheting, cross-stitching, watching TIKTOK videos, creating art of any kind, and reading.
